Privacy Notice
This website processes only the data required for its technical operation, plus the details you enter yourself when applying for a Movement Clarity Session. STEPWISE currently uses no analytics or marketing tools and no tracking pixels.

Server and access data
When you open this website, data is transmitted to the server for technical reasons, as with any website visit: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, and browser and operating system details. This processing serves only the technical delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Movement Clarity Session applications
Applications are made via a form provided by Tally. Tally collects and stores your entries on our behalf; Tally's own privacy notice applies there. We process the details you enter – first name, email address, preferred session language, your short answers about movement in everyday life and, optionally, an additional note.
The purpose is selecting participants, contacting you by email and holding the session. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it an application is not possible.
Please do not enter health data, diagnoses or medication in the form. We deliberately do not collect special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.
Insights from the conversations feed into the development of STEPWISE only in anonymised, aggregated form. An audio transcription takes place only if you give separate, explicit consent before the session.
We delete or anonymise application data no later than three months after receipt. If you withdraw your consent or ask for erasure earlier, we act accordingly sooner.
Links to Foodiary
The nutrition coaching buttons lead to an external Foodiary website. Any data you enter is entered there. The respective provider is independently responsible for that processing and its own privacy notice applies. When you follow the link, your browser transmits the usual connection data to that provider.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
